We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when you can cancel, return an item or get a refund. It works alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) — it doesn't replace them.
1. Cancelling within 7 days (cooling-off)
Because you're buying online, the ECTA gives you a cooling-off period. You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them for a refund, as long as they're unused and in their original condition and packaging. You cover the cost of returning them. We'll refund you within 30 days of the cancellation.
2. Faulty, damaged or not as described
Under the CPA you have the right to receive goods that are safe, of good quality, and that do what they're meant to. If something is defective, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, you may return it within 6 months and choose a repair, replacement or full refund. We cover the cost of the return in these cases. Please tell us as soon as you notice the problem.
3. Product Care & Exclusions Disclaimer
Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), products carry a statutory 6-month warranty against factory defects or manufacturing faults. However, this warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, intentional damage, neglect, or improper maintenance.
Please note: Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted if the item has been damaged or ruined due to failure to follow care, wash, or usage instructions provided on the garment label or product documentation. All returned items undergo inspection prior to approval.
4. How to return something
- Email us at [add your support email] with your order number and what's wrong.
- We'll confirm how to send the item back or arrange collection.
- Once we receive and check it, we'll process your repair, replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
We refund to your original payment method. Once your return is approved, please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank. Where the law entitles you to a refund, we won't charge a handling or restocking fee.
6. Who pays for return delivery
- Faulty or incorrect items: we pay.
- Change-of-mind returns: you pay the return delivery cost.
7. Items we can't always accept back
Some items can't be returned once opened or used, unless they're faulty — as allowed under the CPA. These can include:
- Perishable goods, food and drink
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Unsealed hygiene, intimate or health products
- Digital items and gift cards
This never affects your rights if an item is defective.
8. Exchanges
Would you prefer a different size or item instead of a refund? Let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where we have stock.
9. Orders we cancel
If we can't fulfil your order — for example an item is out of stock — we'll let you know and refund you in full.
